Ingredients:
4 cooking apples 3 tablespoons water 3 cloves 2 tablespoons margarine, mono- or polyunsaturated 1/4 cup self-raising flour 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons coconut 2 tablespoons rolled oats

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
2. Peel, core and slice apples. Place in 2L ovenproof dish with water and cloves.
3. Rub margarine into flour until mixture is crumbly. Mix in brown sugar, coconut and rolled oats. Sprinkle over apples.
4. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
