Six free online learning modules about infection prevention and control, created by the Victorian Department of Health in partnership with the VICNISS Healthcare Associated Infection Surveillance Coordinating Centre, are open to everyone to undertake.
The modules are especially helpful for people working in non-clinical roles in all sectors including public and community health, aged care and disability, and in education and industry.
The training will show you how simple steps, done properly, can have a big impact on keeping you and those around you safe.
Each training module takes about 10 minutes to complete. The modules are:
- chain of infection
