Available to anyone in Victoria who has debt problems or is experiencing financial difficulty

- Visit
- The National Relay Service is available to help callers who are d/Deaf, or find it hard to hear or speak to hearing people on the phone.
- There is an interpreting service for callers who speak other languages.
Costs
- The Money Help financial counselling service, and online resources, are free.
- Calls to the 1800 number are free for Victorians.
- Calls from mobile phones may be charged at a higher rate.

- MoneyHelp phone counsellors are non-judgmental and offer confidential, independent and free advice.
- MoneyHelp is also available to help organisations, services and businesses that:
- work with Victorians experiencing financial difficulty
- are considering reducing workers’ hours
- are about to retrench workers
- are aware of an employee experiencing financial difficulty.
