  • One way to help with pollen allergies is to stay indoors when there is a lot of pollen in the air.
  • Visit your doctor to discover what is causing your allergy.
  • Treatments such as antihistamines and nasal sprays are available for your symptoms.
  • If you have an asthma attack and breathing is difficult, call triple zero (000) and ask for an ambulance.
